SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We aim to deliver all orders to clients based in the EU/US within 5-10 working days. If you require a faster delivery you can choose from one of the express delivery options presented at check-out. All parcels receive a tracking ID which will be provided via email shortly after order confirmation. In most cases a signature is taken on delivery. However, we do not provide a copy of the signature to you as part of the service.

GILBANO intends to minimize shipping costs as much as possible. While some standard shipping options are free-of-charge, GILBANO charges in particular for express shipping options.

DUTIES & TAXES EU
We guarantee there are NO added import duties or taxes within the EU. In case you ever mistakenly have to pay any additional fee, we guarantee that we will do everything possible to rectify this for you.

Please be advised that currently our warehouse is located in the UK and all goods shipped to the US must be cleared by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). Import regulations differ from state to state, i.e. please be advised that you might be liable to pay duties and taxes on your products. RETURNS
Every GILBANO product is meticulously crafted from the finest materials and every sold item has gone through rigorous quality control procedures. Therefore, we are proud to say that we guarantee only the highest quality materials, workmanship and product performance.

However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, GILBANO is happy to offer a 100% no-questions-asked, money-back guarantee on all items purchased online that do not meet your full satisfaction, within fourteen (14) days of delivery. You will receive a full refund of your purchase once the product has been returned in its original condition (i.e. unworn and with any related accessories, instruction booklets, labels, protective covers, leaflets or boxes intact).

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND?
Send an Email to info@gilbano.com using the subject line “REFUND REQUEST” and your order ID number. One of our customer service representatives will reply within 24 hours with a return address and a Return Material Authorization number (RMA), which must be included on your return-shipping label. Failure to include your RMA in your return package may delay your refund.

All returned items must be shipped together with their proof of purchase and RMA. Any product returned to GILBANO without an RMA or proof of purchase will be returned to the customer at the customer’s cost.

Unless a product is faulty or the wrong product has been sent, you are deemed responsible for the shipping costs and insurance on returned products. We recommend that you insure your package and keep its shipping receipt until your refund has been issued.

Your credit card will be refunded with the price of the product once the returned item passes through GILBANO’s internal checking procedures. Please note that credit card companies vary on how long refunded credit takes to appear on customers’ statements.
