GILBANO currently delivers only to customers based in the United States of America. If you are located outside of the USA, please sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when we launch in your part of the world.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
You may have to pay additional import duties or other applicable taxes to the concerned authorities upon receipt of their goods - depending on the import policies of the respective country. The duties and tax rates vary from country to country and from state to state. Unfortunately, GILBANO cannot refund duties, fees, or taxes in case you choose to return the product. All parcels shipping to North America receive a tracking ID which will be provided via email shortly after order confirmation. In most cases a signature is taken on delivery.
NON-DELIVERY EVENTS
If our shipping carrier attempts delivery to you and the package returns to our warehouse (either because you’re not there, the wrong address was provided, or you moved without telling us), it will be your responsibility to pay the shipping fee to reship the order. When you receive your tracking number, please keep an eye out for the package.
